The New Inn Coleford is a Grade II listed, romantic and traditional, 13th C thatched Freehouse and restaurant with tasteful AA 4star award bed and breakfast rooms nestling in a conservation village in a secluded mid-Devon valley - yet only 10 miles from Exeter.

With old beams and a comfortable, spacious interior, it is a hidden gem offering exceptional value. The New Inn Coleford specialises in real country cooking and warm hospitality. You'll taste some of the best cooking in the area using fresh Westcountry produce. And in the Bar, the local real ales have been awarded a Cask Marque for quality but you'll also find an array of New World Wines by the glass!

We pride ourselves on the comfort and quality of the spacious en-suite bedrooms with crisp white bedlinen and fluffy white towels, flatscreen tv, dvd and cd player and courtesy tray. You'll enjoy our beautiful garden and stream - and there's a large car park area too.

Being situated between Exmoor and Dartmoor, there's a coastline and beaches in all directions. So much to see and do .. we have a hamper bursting with brochures and maps for your use in the daytime and boxed games and dvd's for the evenings!

Come and enjoy the relaxed, friendly atmosphere and see our resident Parrot 'Captain'!
