We are a large spacious victorian guest house, recently refurbished to a very high standard, situated on Hastings promenade 100 metres west of the pier. The front of the house has panoramic views of the seafront and the English Channel.
Within 5 minutes level walk from all local amenities, the White Rock Theatre, pier and town centre. There are also bowling greens, museums, pubs, restaurants, town centre tourist attractions and two main-line train stations (St Leonards Warrior Square and Hastings) nearby.
All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, hot and cold water, colour TVs, ceiling fans, fridge, central heating and double glazing. All double and twin rooms have en-suite shower room/WC and are large enough to take extra beds/cot by prior arrangement. 2 single rooms share bathroom, 1 single ensuite. 1 ground floor room available.
Hair dryers and ironing facilities are available on request. Children are welcome and a cot and high chair are available if required. WIFI and free view, CD and DVD player in all rooms
We are able to provide parking in an under ground car park opposite; permits included in the price. There is also "pay and display" on street parking.
