Self-catering holiday accommodation on a farm in the quiet North Devon countryside.

Located in South West England, Braddon Cottages are conveniently situated for Dartmoor (20 miles), Bodmin Moor (20 miles), Exmoor (30 miles), Launceston (12 miles), Holsworthy (7 miles), Exeter (42 miles), Plymouth (50 miles), many National Trust properties, gardens open to the public including Eden Project, tourist attractions, golf, riding, pubs and street markets.

Excellent facilities, including fishing lake, tennis court, games field, snooker and games room. Six properties with fine views, surrounded by 100 acres of meadows and 500 acres of woodland.

Each of the four barn conversions and two large purpose built houses (each of which can be divided into two self-contained apartments) have a highly original character. All are solidly built stone or masonry buildings with slated roofs surrounded by gardens and lawns landscaped in local stone, and provide a high standard of accommodation and comfort. All have fine views to the south over Braddon Lake and to Dartmoor, and are in a quiet secluded setting at the end of a long drive.
