Restaurant 23 is the brainchild of Claridges trained Peter Knibb and
his fiancée Antje Eickhoff it offers the very best locally sourced produce
combined with creative and exciting menus.
Restaurant 23 serves a wide range of dishes from a delicious menu which
includes rump of lighthourne lamb, pan-fried red mullet with almond and
rosemary crust in the evening and a lunchtime menu which includes dishes
such mackerel salad with spiced cous cous and duck ravioli with chilli and
ginger.
The menu also offers a wide selection of desserts including banana tarte
tatin and pecan and maple syrup parfait
As well earning his stripes at Claridges in London, the territory of top TV
chef Gordon Ramsay, Peter has also worked at Michelin starred Mallory Court
Hotel in Leamington and more recently with rising star Jun Tanaka as sous
chef at Pearl Restaurant, London
