With two double bedrooms Porthpean is the perfect location to explore the Cornish Riviera and beyond. Approached via electronic security gates and set in its own grounds the apartment has all the modern conveniences one would expect from a luxury getaway. There is ample private off road parking for one vehicle and there are also 'visitor' bays for an extra car if required. The apartment has everything one needs for the perfect getaway including free WI FI, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob and double oven. Underfloor heating in the kitchen and lounge area with electric panel heaters in the bedrooms. The master bedroom includes an ensuite toilet and shower whilst the apartment also has a family bathroom with a shower/bath.
