Seascape is one of Ramsgate’s most stunning properties. Housed in a striking Grade II listed Regency-period building, it has all the features typical of a Regency-period property – large windows, a grand fireplace and a high ceiling with ornate cornices.

It is spacious, light and stylishly decorated in a contemporary fashion. There is a long balcony outside, equipped with table and chairs, which is a lovely setting for breakfast. Ramsgate’s weather is particularly good, too – the locals will tell you that the town has a sub-climate and boasts a disproportional number of sunny days.

From the balcony you can see Ramsgate’s Royal Marina and also enjoy uninterrupted views of the English Channel. On a clear day it’s even possible to make out the French coast. The flat overlooks Ramsgate’s ferry port. The ferries are endlessly fascinating and soon becomes a focal point. Add this to its proximity to Ramsgate’s amenities and attractions and you have a wonderful holiday property.
