A grade 2 listed arts and crafts Cornish cottage of great character. Built by honest John Pethick of Plymouth, architect of Kelly College for George and Mary Hermon in 1896. A large house with 2/3 bedrooms and open fire. Beautiful gardens with rural glimpses. At the end of a no through road, quiet. Almost all local attraction photos are within 20 minutes, 30 at the most. Minutes away from Lanhydrock, Bodmin moor and golitha falls. Half an hour from north and south coast beaches including Polzeath, Seaton, Whitsand Bay, Eden project, Looe, Polperro. A rural retreat with space to relax. Incredible value, invite your friends too.
