There is a vibrant mix of theatre’s, ‘The Theatre Royal’ is a five minute walk away with regular performances from the London stage, cinemas, arts festivals, exhibitions, museums, numerous pubs, stylish café bars and a vast array of restaurants. The shopping is excellent, Norwich boasts 2 shopping malls, the Castle Mall and our latest addition ‘Chaplefield’.

8 Earlham Road offers two apartments - Upper and Lower, each with their own entrances. Lower Apartment - On entering you find yourself in the kitchen, with microwave, cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. Through the kitchen into the hall on your right is the bathroom with toilet, handbasin and shower over the bath. Opposite the bathroom in the double bedroom, with 4ft 6” bed. At the end of the hall is the lounge/diner with french doors to the garden.

Upper Apartment - On entrance through the front door on you left is the staircase to the apartment. Straight ahead is the kitchen with microwave, cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. On your left is the bathroom and on your right is the double bedroom with 4ft 6” bed, and then the lounge/diner.
