Set in immaculately maintained gardens, The Mitchells nestles sweetly in Whitbourne, a picturesque village surrounded by beautiful countryside affording walking possibilities in abundance and a wealth of places of interest to visit. Brockhampton, a traditional farmed estate and medieval manor house in the care of the National Trust, is just 2 miles away whilst a 9 mile drive reaches Worcester, a most attractive cathedral city with a fascinating ecclesiastical and industrial heritage the famous sauce and Worcester Porcelain are renowned the world over. Hereford Cathdral (12 miles), home of the Mappa Mundi and Chained Library, is well worth a visit and a trip to the pretty hillside town of Malvern is also a must. Here, the visitor can follow the Elgar Route, or perhaps explore the many arts and craft galleries, antique emporiums and bookshops. Village shop and pub serving food 1 mile.
