For business purposes, it is conveniently placed for town, Truro courts, Truro council and also the hospital. It is also ideal for a romantic city break or being so central, an ideal base to explore the beautiful county of Cornwall. The small village of St. Clement's is less than a mile away and is situated on the banks of the estuary to the River Fal in Cornwall, England. It is situated within a nature preserve and within the grounds of the Duchy of Cornwall, land owned by Prince Charles, the Duke of Cornwall. The area is renowned for birds and wildlife and there are numerous country and river walks that emanate directly from the village itself.
