Refurbished to a high standard, this centrally heated accommodation is all on ground level and comprises of a comfortable spacious lounge/dining room with TV/CD; a well equipped kitchen; a large bedroom with double bed; a bathroom with shower cubicle. The letting comprises all bed linen and towels; the prices quoted are inclusive of gas and electricity; we offer a complimentary welcome pack. A guest bed/travel cot is available on request, the use of child friendly enclosed walled garden with outdoor seating, we offer ample parking and cycle storage available. We are at 15 minute walk from Oakham railway station With over 3000 acres of water, this is the largest man made lake in Europe. Visitors come to enjoy walking and cycling along 25 miles of traffic-free paths around its shores and to participate in the water sports of sailing, windsurfing, canoeing or fly-fishing. The 450-acre nature reserve provides bird-hides and a bird watching centre.
