I am writing to say thank you for making out short stay so relaxing and memorable. Your hotel is in such a beautiful and peaceful setting too – one could not help but unwind in its quiet embrace. My wife and I have been to the Roseland peninsula before a good few years ago and enjoyed its unique climate and feel but your hotel made it a very special and relaxing trip, albeit for only 4 days. It was the perfect place from which to launch out on various day trips. We wanted to thank you also for the great service and hospitality that you offered, even to the extent of making strawberry milkshakes for our young son at short notice and being happy to accommodate some of his more individual needs. The gardens with the view and the close location of the gorgeous beach make your hotel and truly wonderful place to get away from the stresses of the south east! The food and service was truly outstanding and made home cooking seem rather bland by comparison. Thank you for your card that we received a short time after returning – one day soon we hope to return. We hope you will show this letter to your staff who were all so friendly, courteous and supportive. Indeed it is the people that make a place really stand out. (Letter going in the post)
