We holiday in the area each year and tend to eat at the Three Swallows 8 or 9 times in the fortnight. We used to be Dun Cow in Salthouse customers but the place doesnrt seem the same since new ownership. We returned to a slightly more expensive pub food wise, but one where the service is good as is the food. The barstaff are quirky but great fun and the owner is the sort of man to have in that position, very hands on. The menu is varied and always excellent and if they are busy and there is to be a wait one is told. We look forward to our return in 2011.

Date visited: Last week July, first week of August.
