Good Points: the room was ok. No soap in shower dispenser. Reception did not know where hairdrier was. Was informed it was in the shower. Found it in the vanity drawer in the end Bad Points: The leisure facilities did not look anything like the pictures displayed on the internet. The changing rooms were disgusting. The pool was small and general decroation was dilapidated. General review: very disappointed in general. We had to wait quite a while for coffee in the morning as it was not ready when we entered the breakfast room at 8am. What not recommend this hotel chain to peer group. A very negative experience.
