This was a wonderful stay! Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. The host/hostess were very sweet and went out of their way to help us feel at home. We'd definately return and stay with them. We arrived late in the day - they quickly directed us to a nearby pub for some food, gave us a map and waited for us to return. July was a very very hot month. no air conditioning anywhere we found during our week plus in england. Everyone who lived there said the heat was very unusual. However, they gave us their personal fan so that we would be comfortable. It was great!

Brook Lodge is a lovely B+B and the owners are incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning is a great start to the day and the rooms are very well presented and homely. We regularly visit Stratford and always stay at Brook Lodge - we would happily recommend this B+B.
