October was my third visit this year to the Hare & Hounds. The new owners Steve and Paula are very helpful and have made some excellent changes. The rooms are great,with fabulously comfortable beds, and have modern bathrooms. The English breakfast is first class and a good start to the day. The menu for lunch and evening meals is varied and good value - delicious lamb and try the fish and chips! The pub has atmosphere and is alive with locals and visitors mixing well. All in all it's a great base for my trips over to the UK to the Antique fairs at Lincoln and Newark and I look forward to going back every time. Sophie
