General review: Front of house staff were very freindly and helpful throughout my stay. It felt as if nothing was too much trouble for them. Suffice to say, I've never bothered writing a review in the past but I felt that your staff deserved the time, Regards, Simon.

Good Points: Friendly helpful staff. Hotel in good position for my requirements. Bad Points: Shower was not powerful enough. No extractor fan in bathroom. General review: I would stay again especially if my stay in the area was longer. It was dissapointing not to be able to use the bar or games room but I appreciate this was accounted for in the price.
