We were made very welcome on arrival by Mrs Priestly. The room was clean and well presented. The ensuite was immaculately clean with beautiful white towels. Breakfast on both mornings was excellent. Customer care was very good but unobtrusive. The guest house is well positioned for the seafront, town and railway station. The car parking is tight and you need to be careful not to scratch your vehicle. We recommend it as very good value for money and would book again.
