Good Points: Quick response to non-working TV in room. Bad Points: OUTSTANDINGLY POOR CHECK IN PROCESS. THE RECEPTIONIST GAVE NO WELCOME AT ALL. General review: GOOD HOTEL AND GOOD VALUE - BUT OH DEAR, THOSE FIRST IMPRESSIONS MAKE US WONDER WHO CARES.

Good Points: My wife and I were very pleased with the room and the riverside view. This is the third time we have been at this hotel and have not been disappointed. Bad Points: No dislikes. General Review: While the stay and all the rest of the above was very good it was a bit pricey. Please, I request you do not publish my house number, street or post code.Name, town and country is ok.
