The room was lovely, really clean and comfortable. Karen was really friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was superb!! we will definatly be staying again in the near future

Ideal location for beaches, excellent full English breakfast, clean spacious rooms and friendly staff - what more could you want? Will certainly visit again - thank you

I forgot to write in here after the GNR as I was so exhausted! Beautiful Guest House, very very good value for money, immaculately clean, fantastic staff (could you be any friendlier?!), lovely breakfast, and what a beach at the end of the road!! We hadn’t stayed ’up north’ before but it really was an eye opener, thank you!
