On visiting our daughter who has recently moved to Epsom I discovered we had left our various medications in Manchester. Our daughter had recently registered her family with the practice, and I called in for help with our problem. The reception staff member was most helpful, registered myself as a temporary resident, and arranged an appointment later in the afternoon. The lady doctor I saw was equally charming and helpful, and what was initially a "panic" situation became a very pleasant experience. This surgery is clearly outstanding in every way, and we wish to thank the staff we met for their help and support.

I would like to say thankyou to all the staff from the reception area to nurses and consultants, for their kindness and professional approach. I had to attend the hospital for a small procedure and felt very nervous about the operation, I was spoken to in a sympathetic manner and reassured by the nursing staff, the consultant came to speak to me about the procedure and also put my mind at rest, everything went well and afterwards on recovery I was looked after extremely well until my family was contacted to escort me home. So please accept my thanks to all the staff and keep up the good work. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very merry christmas and a happy new year.
