I have to say that in all the times that I have visited the pagoda surgery I have been treated very politely. Both receptionists and doctors have been very helpful in every way. It is a great surgery and would recommend it to anyone looking for one in the area.

The receptionists are possibly the rudest people I have ever met. They really let down the surgery by their complete lack of manners and really off putting superior attitudes towards patients.
