just wanted to say as i never got round soon enough a big thank you to the florist shop who done wonders for my baby daughters funeral flowers were really lovely i also had no problem with delievery .. im sorry to hear the lady never got her flowers for mothers day as i know this shop to be very good .. ours been fine when ive used them in past my partner sent many flowers to hes mum who lives in kent from there had no problems and comment how lovely they was ..like said wanted to say thank u from least 2 happy customers .

My son ordered flowers for mothers day, i waited in all day for my delivery but no flowers. When my daughter-in-law rang to complain on the Monday she was told she would have a refund and i would receive my flowers,this was fair enough, but when i received them i was disgusted. all you had done was to pick a few bunches out of their buckets and wrap them in paper, which is what happens when you buy from the shop. I would have least expected them to be made into a bouquet, as the fault was yours. I have always used your shop in Harlow but would think twice now.
