When we wanted to place a booking for 30 people the owner was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us "don't worry about a deposit","you can whatever seating plan you need", no mention was ever made of pre-ordering the meal, which we thought was strange!! We dropped the seating plan off 2 days before the meal which was accepted kindly and that was that; or so we thought!! Upon turning up on Saturday with a party of 30, none of the tables had been arranged, when we asked why they told us that they weren't willing to change the table layout due to the fact that we hadn't pre-ordered or paid a deposit! After much arguing they finally seated us; only to deliver 3 courses of pre-packeted deep fied food accompanied by lettuce, cucumber and tomato that any could have prepared!! The service was curt, to say the least. Before we had finished our desert the waitresses started to dim the lights to hurry us up. All of this was accompanied by an awful din of music all of which made conversation impossible whilst having our "meal". In summary it tries to be a restaurant, pub and club all at the same time and manages to do none of them well and even has the ordasity to insult you at the same time!! I shall not be returning and will be advising others not to waste there time as well!!
