I now see why everyone says pool is great but COLD. Water is so Cold my child refused to put his head under water and came out shivering beyond belief. Swim lessons there? I think not, unless they up the pool temperature by at least 5 degrees if not 10. They need to repair what is wrong with temp and they would have much better turnout of patrons.

Taught Aqua at this venue sometime ago, and found the place so old-fashioned, and totally out of touch with modern day facilities. No wonder Private Health Clubs took off. With only 1 Aqua class on a Thursday morning, it is not enough to encourage more senior people to exercise. And the pay rate for an Instructor to teach a class is appalling:- £20 for a 45 min class. Come into the modern day world chalfont and start paying good instructors like me the current minimum rate of £25 per class. No wonder the place struggles to get cover instructors to teach here.

Tried phoning and accessed website but no information available about whether the centre was open or not. Phone kept ringing and no info on website. Need to join the 21st century and inform your customers by getting an ansaphone or post info on the website about closures.
