We went to this village pub for a quiet drink and some food with friends. We ordered food, bought drinks and sat at a table, and were surprised when half an hour later, a member of staff asked us to move, claiming the table was 'reserved' (there was no sign on it). We declined to move, under these circumstances. Immediately afterwards, the manageress came to our table, extremely aggressively, and shouted a tirade of abuse at us.
We were shocked and upset by her attitude and behaviour and will not be visiting her establishment again! To be avoided.
