Stopped off here on our way from Yorkshire to Cardigan bay. Lovely place. Good food and nice staff. Warm an welcoming with our two young children (3 and 1). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

My husband and i have been to this pub/restaurant for a few years as the views are truely amazing. We have always been happy with the extensive menu and usually had an exceptional meal. We went last week as it was an lovely evening and thought it would be a fabulous evening to sit outside and enjoy a lovely meal, only it was awful. The starters were fine i had cream of brocolli soup which was fabulous. my husband had fish and chips and the chips did not have any potato in the middle, the fish was ok and the peas, well not much can go wrong with that i had Lasagne which tasted like a shop bought frozen variety with extra cheese on top for good measure. We were very disappointed and it will be some time before we go back again at £35 for quite basic food and a couple of drinks, in the credit crunch you would hope to come away feeling content in your tummy if not on your wallet, sorry to be a misery but i wouldn't recommend at the moment - change the chef!!!

We wanted somewhere to go for tea, thiscan be a hard task with 2 children and a dog. We didn't know the area at all so we just took pot luck with the next pub we came across which was the Druid Inn Llanferres. we went in and everyone from bar staff to waiting on staff were really inviting to all 5 of us. The food was great the kids didnt have to have the usual, they could choose from a range of lovely meals and me and my husband really enjoyed our food aswell. well worth a visit if ever in the area.

It's that time of year again when we must decide where to go for our 'works Christmas diner', we have a look at most local pubs and restaurants and it goes back and forth between the staff and managers until we finally decide where to go, and as always feel like we have to drag ourselves there just for the free meal! This year we chose the Druid Inn, Llanferres. What a great choice, the best works social we have had, fantastic food and wine, great atmosphere and value for money! Highly recommend the Druid Inn, whether you are planning a work social, family outing or a quiet drink or meal for two.
