Good Points: Very convenient for town centre. Places around to relax. Bad Points: Very small room even considering the economy of cost. Had to pay for car parking although the car park was large and easy to access. General review: No major problems, ok for overnight passing through. May go back to visit town for a leisure stay.

I would NEVER stay here ever again. Catalogue of errors right from arriving to leaving. 1) On reservation I spelt my surname. Staff member who had taken my details had incorrectly spelt my surname on the check-in print out. 2) Arrived at 15:15, checked in, went to room and not made up. Went back to reception. Room should have been ready at 14:00. Other rooms checked to see if we could swap. No other executive rooms clean. Offered complementary drink in bar. Bar man knew nothing of complementary drink. 3) Asked at reception at 16:30 if room was ready. 'Yes apart from little touches'. So had waited for 1hour 15mins and still not ready. 4) Electronic door lock did not appear to work. 5) Breakfast.... waited atleast 15 minutes for order for a pot of tea to be taken. Self service toaster for breakfasts. Bread was MOULDY. When fresh bread had been put out it was in the same unwashed bread bin. Finally after waiting for toast the table we were sat at had started to be cleared. 5) Not my issue, but, on leaving, a man had drinks from the bar the night before charged to his room. He had not been in the bar! The hotel itself was of a nice appearance but the incompetency of the staff will ensure that I never ever stay there again. A little communication between the staff members is advisable.
