My Mother, three friends and I went to The Lord Rosebery at lunch time for some lunch. The woman behind the bar was rude and unpleasant and asked my mother for ID for me and 4 friends who are 16. We explained we only wanted food and not an alcoholic drink and on their site it says the first floor is child friendly. We were very dissapointed with the service and when we asked for recomendations they unwillingly told us vaguely where some places might be. The woman has no customer service skills and needs to learn some or she'll have no customers!!!
