My concern relates to their telephone responses to customer queries and complaints. I feel their response falls short of what would be expected from a store such as M&S.
They seem to have a,'can't do' mentality rather than a, 'we can help you'. All stores can be helpful when they are taking your money but the test of a good store is their response when you return with a fault/problem

I would just like to pass on my thank you's for the quality of service that I had on my shopping trip to your store on saturday, it's not often you get good quality service in a big store these days, I spent around £400 on family christmas presents and it was the most valued money I have spent in all the time I have been going to Marks&Spencers since a child, just thought I would drop you a review regarding your store. Many thanks, all my christmas shopping done in one day. Excellent.
