The new couple managing the Old George are just as cold, arrogant and utterly rude as the previous owners. It's an absolute shame no decent pair could have bought the place because the village needs a friendly pub. Those two have certainly put me off ever enjoying a drink in the local and I know I have the support of other villagers when I say that the atmosphere of the George m,akes the prospect of driving an additional 8 miles away for the next drink, a very attractive one.
