My husband and I have just spent a weekend at the Halford Bridge on the Fosse Way in Halford. What a fantastic place! The decor is beautiful and manages to retain and enhance the historic nature of this rambling building, each room is so individual and full of character. The whole place is spotlessly clean. Having said all that though, what made our stay so perfect was the staff, they have managed to pull off that fine balance between excellent service whilst maintaining a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We felt utterly relaxed the whole weekend and although we had planned to eat out once or twice there was little point as the food was nothing short of excellent. We will definately be going back!

Although this hotel is only 40mins away from our home, once in this idilic, gorgeous and welcoming environment, we could have been a million miles away from home. The perpouse of our visit was to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. We could not have chosen a better hotel if we had tried. The room was fabulous and clean (You must be nuts....highly recommended!!). The service was quick, friendly and the food out of this world. We both agreed that this from now on will be our special place when we want a treat. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
