I live in Ripon and am not a regular shopper at Tesco. However, I called in your Thirsk branch on Tuesday to buy a few items, including a loaf of bread, Tesco 'Finest' rustic multigrain 400g at 79p. There was so much salt in it that it made my mouth sore and was completely inedible. I rang the store this morning but nobody answered though I held on for five minutes. I asssume that the loaf is meant to be healthy but with such an overload of salt it will be guaranteed to raise one's blood pressure!I do not know who bakes these loaves for you but they
need to be told to modify their recipe.
