I sought some help from one of the staff members at the customer service called Michelle but she turned out very unwilling to help.
The manageress Carolyn Haycock was also very unwilling to help regarding the issue i had. When asked for a headoffice number to ring about her unhelpfullness, she gave me a wrong number!
She failed to acknowledge the tesco's price promise. She failed to show me where in their policy it made customers aware that they had only a certain period of time to return refrigerated items! As they say; she didn't seem bothered to help me!
I wanted to get a refund for an item (yogurt) i had bought 20 minutes earlier. I got home put it in the fridge and my advised me that the same item was 20pence cheaper in Asda(in asda the same item cost 30p but in tesco it cost 53p!)! So i got the yogurt from the fridge and walked back to the store which is literally 2mins from my house.
In total, i had only been 20mins from the moment i bought the yogurt to the time i brought it back all sealed up and with a receipt.
Can i please have my refund, i still have the reciept?
