why why why is it not possible to purchase green lipped mussels any more we were travelling 22 miles taking forty minutes as your store was the only one providing these mussels but now you have stopped stocking them too....why please

I am a regular shopper at your Durham road store. Exiting has always been a major problem. I was pleased to see efforts being made to improve this situation. Unfortunately frustration now has an added dimension depending on your nature, mine is anger. The problem was first pointed out to me by my daughter when she had a serious confrontation with another customer exiting your store. Th new exit arrangements are now causing a greater problem,the two lane exit is being abused which I experienced last evening. Traffic was fairly light with everbody utilising just one lane, another car came down the other lane and straight in front of me accross the yellow markings to exit onto the dual carraigeway. I would suggest that the outer lane be blocked just before the exit so that only one exit onto the dual carraigeway is possble. This would prevent the speedy cutting in /accross which is happening at the moment. A question please, Was it your intention to create a two lane exit onto the carraigeway? If so appropriate road signs/ markings are required to guide shoppers into the correct lane. I would be very happy to meet someone from your organisation to discuss this matter

For the 2nd time this week I have found some of your special offers - not so special! Several special offer signs are inaccurate & therefore misleading. The expected reductions have not been made by the checkout and Customer Service help has been necessary. I bought 2 sandwich fillers tonight, expecting to pay £2 for two. The offer sign did not stipulate that this offer was only available on specially marked items. - it read Tesco Sandwich Fillers 300g - buy 2 for £2. It is very embarrassing to make queries at Customer Services and be told you are mistaken! It does not make for a pleasant shopping experience. Please can your signing be more specific. Thank you
