I am furious with how rude the optician was about seeing my daughter who is 5 in 12 weeks. HE REFUSED TO SEE UNDER 5 and was very unhelpful about specifying why or suggesting alternatives. I wasted 20 minutes on the phone booking an appointment, which I then wasn't allowed. Being passed from call centre to store without being told, and then from person booking to optician without being told. My daughter came home from school with a letter asking us to take her to an optician, and here we were wanting to book to see one and being told we could not. I asked him if he was refusing to see my daughter then, as he said it was at the opticians discretion, he said "yes I am". Arrogant and rude are just two words to begin describing him!

Just wanted to congratulate you on an extremely well-stocked store with some great bargains. I found everything I needed in contrast to my earlier visit to Marks&Spencer at Bluewater. My trip to you was aided by the help of "Ben", a young lad who was very polite and helpful at locating 3 items for me. I feel he should be recognised and congratulated for his customer care.
