Just to inform you that I went into Tesco today to get a nomination form for the Best Mum Competition you advertise outside the store.
I asked at the customer service desk for a form and the lady said she didn't think they had any but phoned through to management to check. Her reply was that the forms were printed inside the magazine but the store had no more magazines and she did not know when they would get any more in.
Disappointed, I carried on and did my shopping but when I got th the check outs I saw that there was a box of nomination forms on nearly every counter!
When I left the store I told the lady at customer service where they were. and she replied "even management didn't know"
I ask myself what other situations this lack of communication apllies too?
Also I was assured that my club card points vouchers would be with me by 5th Sept. I have not received them yet. How much longer will I have to wait?
