great pub, meg and simon the owners are very friendly, but it must be said, simon is not much of a challenge on the pool table, im affraid to say the same applies to lenny or mr dix as hes sometimes called, so if you are a keen pool player you would be better off asking the other locals like gus or andy for a game that way you get a better class of pool for your money, i would return again when simon and mr dix are not there.

What a change!! The pub has been changed dramatically! great sports pub with a more traditional secondary bar. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The pub is ideal for an over-night stay, being close to bath and bristol. Congratulations to the owners.
