Lovely friendly village pub. Great staff.
Very comprehensive menu during the week, with superb Sunday 'roasties'.
No freezer to microwave here!

A friendly and traditional local village pub at the throbbing heart of the village of the damned. The pub is situated right opposite the village green so be sure to bring along your football as ball games are encouraged and you are assured of a warm welcome by the fun-loving residents. There's always something to keep you amused in the Oak, and why not try a little light hearted game of "let's try to get a drink" - quite a challenge if Steff happens to be on duty. All in all a super, if at times surreal, place to visit any time you happen to be in the area.
