Best rates for a Local Hotel

Good Points: Easy access to local area. Quiet location. Bad Points: Room was a bit shabby, assumed this is because the Hotel is closing at end of year? General review: A very nice looking Hotel in a quiet location. As i said above, i assume the reason for the rotting window frames and torn carpets not being replaced is because the Hotel is closing. Food was very good, and the staff were excellent.
