Bad Points: Not really a dislike - just a general air of the hotel having seen better days. Having said that, there was a nice 'old fashioned ' air about the place, which I personally like.

Good Points: Although the decor was slightly dated (as befits the age of the hotel!), the rooms, sheets, towels, etc were immaculately crisp and clean.
Bad Points: Perhaps a general update of equipment in rooms, i.e. my TV had no remote
General Review: The hotel is in a good central location, the accommodation is nice and clean with tea-making facilities in the rooms. The hotel is as decribed on the website a character family hotel in an imposing classical Edwardian building ... built 100 years ago to receive national and international visitors.
