Re-Visited following good reviews since our last(horrific experience in 2007).The New Manager has in his short time there managed to brighten and clean the hotel considerably and has very exciting plans.Rooms very clean, I agree with a previous comment that double room should have double beds and not two single's put together,However Sheets crisp, white and clean, Staff very helpful and pleasant food good and reasonably priced ,atmosphere ambient

The staff and manager were extremely helpful and friendly and could not do enough for me. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and I was offered the use of alternative rooms if I was not satisfied which I did not need. A great spot handy for Chester and Wrexham set in a lovely place. The Sunday carvery is excellent, I know as I have been many a time.

As ever we arrived at the Trevor Arms after an 8 hour journey... The rooms are fantastic ! Family room is a great price but underneath staff quarters so if your not an early riser book 1st floor rooms !!!! Highly recommend it to visitor's with or without children... It's great that the back garden is safe.. secure and has swings and play stuff... kid's can play whilst you "sort yourself out"... Ideal when your going out for the day .... Keep an eye on them !!! The "swiss style" chalet's are great ! It's secure and has everything you need ... Parking secure and safe. The food at the "Trevor Arm's" is fantastic ! Highly recommend the Steak and Peppercorn sauce !!! I live in East Sussex and I can not rate this amazing place highly enough ! Great place... Great Location.. GO and enjoy it !!!! I am back there for 5 day's this week-end x Can't wait ! Breakfast is enough to "put you on for the day".... 110% recommended x x Enjoy your stay ! Staff are fantastic, food is fantastic.... Julie.

We booked this hotel months ago for our grandson's christening . We booked 10 rooms. We arrived we were all very seperate as this was a block booking not what we expected. The rooms were unclean , I had a broken bath panel some of our party had holes in the bedding ,insects on the floor ,cobwebs, stained furniture ,dust. I had wine bottles and dirty glasses in my bedside cabinet. when we approached the 'Manager' she was unhelpful, unapologetic , rude and indeed suggested if we were unhappy we find an alternative, which we did
