What a fantastic fun night we had on Halloween. lots of people in fancy dress and the first drink free. The disco and food were superb in the back restaurant. Elaine, Michael and Elaines neice gave us all a very warm welcome. Love the place and certainly go back when up north.

What a great pub! This place is a real jewel in the heart of South Shropshire. The food and drink are superb, but what makes it really special is the welcome of Michael and Elaine. They create a great atmosphere amongst everyone there. We arrived as strangers, but were soon on first name terms with nearly everyone, staff and customers. All pubs should be like this. I can't wait to go back.

The landlady Elaine and her partner Michael were so hospital. We had a great night at the Longville that we certainly would be back. They I believe took it over not so long ago and the place is so welcoming that I would certainly reccommend it to anyone wanting a good night. Elaine told me she has plans for special nights, ie St patricks night etc.
