We were met by a most pleasant youg lady for whom nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and the food delicious. I even had a swim before breakfast. My wife and I will certainly return in the not too distant future.

everyone was polite and helpful especially the waiters but no entertainment on saturday night was very disappointing and shortsighted, so was not being offered a meal for the second night. other hotels offer both meals and entertainment for both days for same money. wouldn't recommend this hotel out of season as this was £150 for two days and I think other hotels would be comparable. management did not reply to my customer survey.

WE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A SMALL BREAK TO REVISIT THE ISLE OF WIGHT AFTER MANY YEARS. WE WOULD LIKE TO CONGRATULATE THE STAFF AT LUCCOMBE HALL ON MAKING US FEEL VERY WELCOME WE READ DETAILS ON A REVIEW OF ROOM 22 BEING UNACCEPTABLE, WELL WE STAYED IN ROOM 22 ALTHOUGH A LITTLE TIRED AND STEPS ARE BEING TAKEN TO RECTIFY THIS THE ROOM HAD A MAGNIFICENT VIEW AND AT NIGHT YOU COULD SEE THE GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL LIT UP AND WATCH THE LINERS TRAVEL BY. THE FOOD WAS SECOND TO NONE WE HAVE EVER HAD. ALTHOUGH THE BOOKING WAS SLIGHTLY OUT OF SEASON BEING MAY BANK HOLIDAY VALUE FOR MONEY WE COULD NOT FAULT. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND LUCCOMBE HALL HOTEL FOR THAT LITTLE EXTRA BREAK BEING IN EASY REACH FOR ALL MAIN ATTRACTIONS WE EVEN ADOPTED A DONKEY DURING OUR TRIP. FOOD OUTSTANDING..... 4 STARS...
