booked to eat here at 7.30 pm about three weeks in advance(7 of us) when we arrived we were told that most of the menu was off. there was only 1 main course available on the supposedly menu.and only 2 choices of deserts, sticky toffee pud or rasberries.there was no fish dish available. my daughter asked for the goat cheese main and was told there was only 1 left and it was being saved for someone else. I have tried talking to the landlords but keep getting snubbed, saying they are too busy too talk and will ring me back. needless to say they haven,t.i booked the pub and invited my inlaws as well, how embarrasing. It seems to be a locals only attitude in the pub, outsiders not welcome. fine!We will avoid it completely and hope this has been a warning to any outsiders wishing to eat here

The Bell is a small village pub and restaurant. The food is excellent quality and value for money. Most of the ingredients are sourced locally. There is a great atmosphere especially at the weekends.
