I have been to the Old Inn a few times now, but each time i go back, it just seams to get better. The food is excellent, especially the Sunday carvery, and the selection of real ales is superb. The welcome is always warm, and i find the village itself lovely and unspoiled. Cant Wait until i go back

Only just very recently visited this outstanding! pub situated right on the top of bodmin moor in the beautiful village of st breward. We Arrived late sunday afternoon on a very wet summers day to be greeted with a great cornish welcome,My family and i opted for the carvery which was certainly the finest we have ever eaten! washed down with a cracking pint of doombar or 2.Certainly one of the highlights of visiting this wonderful part of the world we shall definitely be making the 225 mile drive from Twickenham again. Thanks all at the old inn...

I had a carvery at The Old Inn and it was probably one of the best we have had.A lovely choice of meat and vegetables. But best to get there either early or late afternoon as it gets very busy.

After a trip on the Bodmin and Wenford railway, we stopped in for the Sunday Cavery. Good food, polite staff, child friendly (my little boy loved the fish tank) - reasonable prices - great pub!
