Many thanks to the staff at Bee chic once more they came to my rescue.
I needed an outfit for a wedding the following day and was totally distraught at the fact that because of family illness I had left it to the last minute. Bee Chic offered me selection of fabulous dresses and purshased both a dress and coat. Thanks again, the staff even kept my children entertained whilst I tried clothes on.

Very disappointing and quite insulting.
I purchased a dress which when I got it home I found that it had bits cut off it and trimming falling off.
When I returned it I was told that I would not be allowed my money back as the owner only gives credit notes. I was told that the owner would ring me.
Four days later she had still not contacted me so I rang her.
She still refused to give me my money back.
She also accused me of wearing the dress, cutting the fabric, spraying it with perfume, nit picking and then put the phone down on me.
I found this very rude and not at all how you should speak to your customers.
I then went to the shop as at this stage I had neither the dress or my refund.
The service was appauling, I was given a credit voucher which I spent immediately as I never want to go in the shop again!
I suggest that you do not purchase anything from this shop as the whole experience was dusgusting!
So much for supporting your local shops!
