Very Disappointed in the services that this taxi company has to offer, last night I called to book a taxi and they had misunderstood the house number. When I called to see why the taxi was late and they realized they had sent it to the wrong house number (15 instead of 50) a colleague of the receptionist heard me on the phone and told the receptionist to tell me to “speak fucking English”. Totally rude to clients, no need to use swear words! completely unprofessional!!
