A friend told me of the changes that have happened to Cosmo, and I went along with a work collegue on a Monday night. I love fine dining and the new set up is offering an amazing experience. This is fine dining for this millenium. Gordon Ramsay says this is the best young chef in the UK, and I think he is right. The wine list is with out doubt the best in Scotland. The restaurant was full on a Monday.

Had a superb meal at the recently refurbished Cosmo restaurant. The food which can be described as modern European fine dining was out of this world with an equally impressive wine list to match.

Quality food and quality service in very pleasant
surroundings.
My wife and I look forward to a return visit.
