Good Points: Your staff are excellent. Very warm, friendly and helpful and the whole atmosphere in the hotel is that of warmth and comfort. Bad Points: Only one bad point. The stairs at the front of the hotel are difficult for older people and also for taking luggage into the hoel. General review: We enjoyed every moment and will be staying in your hotel on every visit to Manchester.
